RETURN & EXCHANGE
RETURN:
To start the return process, please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@pele-mele.store to notify us within 14 business days with your name, order number and a short description of why the product will be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please put your invoice in the package when you are sending your product for return.
Please note that the return shipping cost is covered by the customer Also make sure you use a trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance so that we will actually receive your returned item.
After we receive the return and determine whether or not your product is in returnable condition, we will notify you via e-mail. Refunds will be made within 15 days. The amount will be returned to your credit card. In the event that we determine your product is not in suitable condition for return, it will be sent back to your address via courier and the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
EXCHANGE:

*** To ensure a smooth return process, please note that we accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of the shipping date. Regrettably, returns requested beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated.

*Returned or exchanged products should be in their undamaged original box and unused.
*Their tags shouldn’t be removed.
*Return of product is not accepted in international orders.
*In case products have ant additional accessories, they should be sent in their undamaged original boxing.
DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
